Project Description  

Phase I - "Field Package": Phase I includes the baseball field, player development area, scoreboard, video board, fencing, lighting, associated infrastructure, and temporary grandstands, dugouts, press box, toilets, and concessions. This portion of the project will be ready for competitive baseball play by spring 2009.

Phase II - "Stadium Package": Phase II is a stadium designed to accomodate 3,000 to 4,000 fans, that will include a covered player development area, clubhouse, press box, donor suites, concessions, plaza and landscape build-out, and associated infrastructure.  Phase II construction is expected to be complete by spring 2010.
